R. Kevin Greenfield, a founding partner, has been practicing in the field of employment law for over twenty-seven years and is an Ohio State Bar Certified Specialist in Labor and Employment Law. He received his Juris Doctorate in 1981 from the University of Toledo. He is currently a member of the National Employment Lawyers Association (NELA), the Ohio Employment Lawyers Association (OELA), the Toledo Employment Lawyers Association (TELA), the Ohio State Bar Association (OSBA) and the Toledo Bar Association (TBA). He is a former Chairman of TELA and was named in the "Best Lawyers in America" for 2006 and 2007. He not only practices employment law, but has also presented on the subject and frequently lectures in the area of labor and employment law.
